Possibly the best butcher shop in the Houston area. The meats are only supassed by the service. Easily the best jerky you will ever have. And make sure to get some of their beef snack sticks. Awesome selection of rubs and sauces too.

Friendly folks here and a wide variety of good cuts. They also have some made up bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers and armadillo eggs! Lots of rubs and spices in there plus high-quality smoking wood.

If you don’t stop by here you are making a huge mistake! Just got some beef on a stick pre marinaded and put it on the grill. Stupid tender and amazing flavor. The jalapeño sausage is also top notch! Out of 5 stars id give them 20! Wow. Great prices too!

Found this gem recently. We started with the bone inpork chops, almost 2 inches of delicious! We also tried the smoked Gouda, yummy! Then bought a package as a Father's day gift. Definitely will be shopping here more often.
